You may send us a clear photo of the damaged item along with your order number to help us review your request quickly. Once reviewed and approved, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement product at no cost.

 

Items do not need to be unused or in original condition if they were received damaged. We may request the damaged product to be returned in certain cases, but we will cover return shipping if applicable.
